Tantra for Women: Presence, Heart & Relationship Date: November 8th, 2025, 10:00 to 16:00 Place: Terapihuset I Stockholm, Markvardsgatan 5 This workshop is an invitation to take time to slow down, listen inwards, and reconnect with your receptivity, sensitivity and femininity in a way that naturally opens to authentic connection in your relationship. Through simple tantric practices—guided meditations, movement, touch, and heart-based sharing—you’ll explore what it means to feel at home in your body and be receptive to its subtle sensations, and how this awareness transforms the way you relate. We’ll spend the day moving between being with yourself and being with others: -Meeting your own body with tenderness, sensitivity and love. -Exploring your natural feminine receptive qualities -Coming closer to the language of your heart -Learning the difference between feeling (presence) and emotions (triggers) , and how this awareness can bring more clarity and compassion into your relationships. This day is not about performance or pushing. It’s about giving yourself time and space to feel, receive, and connect. Come as you are. Leave with a softer heart, a clearer sense of yourself, and new ways to bring love into your relationships.
